Company specialized in core shop equipment for the fitting and faucet industry provides high productive core shooters, so called core belters, with machine cycle times down to 5 seconds. The newest development, in cooperation with a well-known fitting manufacturer, is a horizontal core shooter for the hot-box process. Compared to standard horizontal core shooters the new P8 SA has a machine cycle time of only 8 seconds (standard > 15 sec.). Besides core shooters the company supplies core sand processing and distribution systems up to turn-key core shops.
