Already at its premiere ”amerimold” can present numerous world market leader from 3 continents. The event will take place May 11 – 13, 2010, in Cincinnati USA. By the End of February 2010 more than 120 exhibitors had signed up. In total the organiser DEMAT GmbH calculates on 140 to 180 exhibitors at the first „amerimold“.
Renowned companies such as Carl Zeiss, Buchem Chemie + Technik, Dassault, EOS, Objet, Zoller, Stratasys have already booked. Home countries of the exhibitors are among others Germany, China and USA. 4,000 to 6,000 trade visitors are expected to attend this 3-day event.
„amerimold“ provides a comprehensive framework programme including high-class conferences which will cover the topics Rapid Prototyping & Manufacturing, and Industrial Design. Furthermore workshops will be held on the topics of Tools for Injection Moulding, Innovations within Toolmaking and Globalisation of Moldmaking and Tooling. At „amerimold“ the prestigious „Leadtime Leaders Awards“ will be bestowed for the eighth time for outstanding innovations within Moldmaking and Tooling.
With the new event „amerimold“ DEMAT GmbH exports its successful EuroMold concept to North America. „amerimold“ is being held in cooperation with Gardner Publications Inc. with the objective to establish the leading exhibition for Moldmaking and Tooling, Design and Application Development in the States.
Besides the whole area of moldmaking and tooling and related technologies „amerimold“ will focus on additive technologies such as Rapid Manufacturing and Rapid Prototyping. With the site Cincinnati „amerimold“ is located in one of the most important centres of product development in the USA. Prestigious companies like Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Toyota and GE Aviation have their headquarters in Cincinnati and create a huge demand for the development of innovative products.
