RGU takes over software from ADV Schulte

ADV Schulte GmbH has been developing and marketing the ks schmelze program, a comprehensive solution for the meltshop, for over 30 years now. This software maps the process of melting metals and alloys. It records, processes and documents all the work-steps related to materials, ladles, orders and batches. In masks and forms designed by the user, the data can be evaluated and printed or transferred directly to other software such as word processing or spreadsheet programs.

In April 2010 the managing director Dipl. Ing Klaus Schulte, who gave his name to the Eschweiler company, transferred the rights to RGU GmbH. Mr Schulte made this decision because of the projects they had previously carried out successfully with RGU so he knew he was putting his software into capable hands.

As a specialist for software solutions in the foundry sector, taking on ks schmelze means RGU has extended its range of dedicated products.

RGU GmbH, together with its subsidiaries, is one of the market leading software companies for foundry solutions. With over 50 staff and more than 130 installations in the foundry industry to their name, the Dortmund software company has extensive know-how in the field of foundry-specific software and in the consulting sector.
