According to figures released by the Federal Statistic Service in April of the current year copper output rose by 3.7% YoY.
Federal Statistic Service also informed about copper semi products production. For example, copper bars and profiles output increased by 3.0% YoY, foil by 6.3% wire by 65.9%.
Mr Leonid Khazanov the observer of Metal Supply and Sale Magazine said that the data of the Federal Statistic Service show revival in Russian copper industry. Probably this trend will remain in the following some months.
