Expertise and know-how

At the GIFA 2011, Fill Machine Engineering once again confirmed its technological leadership in automation and machining technology. "Fill Foundry World": highlight of the GIFA trade fair

Solutions from Fill support the decisive production processes, from casting, cooling, and decoring, to premachining and testing, through to metal machining and finishing. The company presented the entire process sequence at the GIFA. Particular interest was generated by the "robocast duplex" dual casting robot. Used in conjunction with an industrial robot, it increases the cost-effectiveness of foundry operation with its two casting axes. Other highlights at the Fill exhibition stand were the "tiltcaster plus" casting machine, which unites gravity casting with low-pressure and back-pressure die-casting in a single concept. The "twistmaster 400" decoring machine impressed with its flexible payload during decoring tasks that no longer require rotation of the casting, hence speeding up the production process significantly. In general, all machines and systems from Fill are conceived in such a way that they reduce the processing costs of foundry operation.
