MQW5 Scheduled for October 2011 in the Kingdom of Bahrain is Cancelled
In light of the political situation in the Kingdom of Bahrain a decision has been reached to cancel the 5th Metal Quality Workshop (MQW5) scheduled for October 2011. The decision in no way reflects on the hosts Pyrotek Inc and Aluminium Bahrain, the Gulf Hotel or the event sponsors, but is reflective of the unusual circumstances and the current priority of establishing a new national dialogue in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The MQW Steering Committee is evaluating alternative venues and dates for the global metal quality workshop focused on improving industry performance in aluminium metal quality and manufacturing efficiency. It is the committee's intent to reschedule the event in the next 12-18 months. Updates as they become available will be posted on this web site as new information becomes available.
