on 14 September 2010 – welcome to Automechanika
Automechanika is the leading international trade fair for the automotive industry and the global meeting place for the sector. Record visitor numbers to Automechanika were seen in 2008 when over 161,000 visitors from 146 countries came to Frankfurt. A major reason for the popularity of the event is that Automechanika addresses current and future developments more effectively than any other show. It acts as an important trend barometer and provides answers to the questions posed by current changes in the automotive industry. Again in 2010 Automechanika responded to these changes with the environmentally friendly Green Directory, the Automechanika Innovation Award and the redesigned Aftermarket Forum being the most significant examples – as well as being three good reasons not to miss out on Automechanika.
