Dr Osman Kilavuz newly appointed CEO of Turkish specialty steel producer Asil Celik San ve Tic AS said that company is expanding in the western European market with a new office in Germany namely Asil Celik Deutschland GmbH. He said that the German headquarters, which is a fully owned subsidiary of Asil Celik, will be located in Hilden in close proximity to Düsseldorf and will commence business on October 1st 2010. Asil Celik Deutschland GmbH will be covering all of Asil Celik's commercial activities in Germany and neighboring countries. The subsidiary will be led by managing director Hans Hotze.
