Columbia Steel is pleased to announce that Chris Hagan will be taking the helm of District Manager, Northeast US Region. His territory includes Connecticut, Delaware, New Hampshire, New York, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
Hagan comes to Columbia from his prior position as National Sales Director with Delta Screens, based out of Houston, TX. He has worked in technical sales roles for a variety of companies since 1989.
“With Chris’s strong focus on helping solve customer challenges by working to develop engineered solutions, we are excited to have him join our sales team” says Chad Rathke, Director of Sales & Marketing for Columbia Steel.
As a native of the Northeastern US, Hagan says he likes the fast-paced business environment of the area. “I also enjoy the engineering and design process of my market segment, because it enables me to lend my expertise to customers in a way that profoundly helps their business,” says Chris. “I’m always willing to go the extra mile for my customers.”
Columbia Steel is headquartered in Portland, Oregon, USA. The 86-acre facility is home to an on-site product design and engineering department and full-service steel casting foundry. Columbia Steel serves scrap recyclers, coal surface mines, aggregate producers, cement plants, and metallic mining operations with a wide range of replacement wear parts in a variety of alloys.
