Country Sales Manager (D)

Your Tasks:

You will be responsible for 

  • Sales to customers primarily within the German market. 
  • Providing support and maintaining contact with our foundry clients and identifying new clients and sales opportunities for our core shop equipment and aluminum castings
  • Presenting our latest products and technologies to potential clients and within the industry at conferences and shows
  • Managing and strengthening the relationship with customers
  • Providing regular and comprehensive feedback on market developments and trends
  • Project management and communication with customers including delivery dates regarding machine assembly, testing and parts delivery.


  • Bachelor’s degree in either mechanical engineering, metallurgical science, or similar career experience
  • Sales experience (a must!)
  • Experience in foundry technology, possibly in Aluminum castings and/or organic and inorganic binder technology for foundry application
  • Target oriented, high level of self-motivation, able to work independently and collaborate with others
  • Fluent German and Business English
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills, team skills and willingness to travel (50% of time)
  • Experience with Autocad ideal (or willingness to learn)
  • Project management experience including planning, implementation and monitoring of new projects in close coordination with the client.
