Thresher Industries announced it has relocated to a new manufacturing facility in Hanford, Calif.
The company said the new 10,000-sq.-ft. facility is more energy efficient than its predecessor and equipped with an improved security system. Thresher expects to add a dedicated metallurgy lab to the facility, as well.
“The new facility has excellent high bays along with great ventilation, as well as skylights,” said Tom Flessner, Thresher’s president and chief executive officer. “Thresher has focused on green manufacturing, and this facility will allow us to further that goal.”
Thresher manufactures metal matrix composite aluminum castings to targeted industries, including agriculture, aerospace, defense, transportation and automotive, in the U.S. and Europe.
