Chem-Trend is a leading global manufacturer of mould release agents and other process aids for almost all industries. This is reflected in the new internet presence. The website assembles the comprehensive know-how and experience of more than fifty years developing manufacturing aids. Apart from product information it imparts interesting and useful background information on various manufacturing processes of the respective industries and their specific challenges. This makes the site a valuable source for customers as well as engineers or materials scientists, for instance from the areas of die casting, thermoplastics, composites, rubber and tires, wood fibres, or polyurethane.
A clear layout and intuitive user interfaces throughout the website ensure fast and easy orientation. Case studies as well as a comprehensive glossary complete the compilation of know-how. Different pathways lead to the in-depth information assembled on about 500 pages – for examples by moulded or processed material, by manufacturing process, by application or product.
At present, Chem-Trend’s website in the new design is available for the language versions English, German, Portuguese, and Chinese. A successive integration of further language versions is planned.
