1962-2012: 50 years of passion and commitment
F.lli Mazzon – an Italian producer of binders and refractory coatings for foundries – has been supplying the market since 1962 and celebrates this year its 50th anniversary.
With export sales that have more than tripled in the last 5 years, and which currently exceed 30% of our annual turnover, the company has grown and established itself in over 30 countries, thanks to a strong network of agents and distributors, providing qualified local technical assistance, punctual and reliable logistics and customized solutions.
Nowadays our customer portfolio includes around 250 internationally-recognised companies, both in Italy and abroad.
In 2011, sales amounted to 30 million Euros, with a total annual production of 25,000 tons, equivalent to an average of 120,000 kg of goods shipped per day.
We can proudly say that although we are still considered small-to-medium in size, our company is sound and stable and attentive to the needs of international markets, always looking for new objectives and continuous improvement of our various business functions.
Staff training plays a central role, as well as the respect of all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) standards. We’ve been investing heavily in the R&D of innovative and personalised products, cooperating hand in hand with our customers, as well as in logistics, to execute larger orders in shorter times and meet the growing demand from new markets.
The company currently numbers 50 employees and engages another 15 freelancers in logistics and maintenance roles. We are a team within which each one shares the same objective, the same effort and responsibility, understanding that only by joining forces we can overcome current and future challenges. This is what makes our company a winner.
