On April 1, 2022, visitors will be welcomed to the Fill Future Dome in Gurten with a continental breakfast. Following a short multimedia presentation of the company, one of the managing directors will lead a one-hour tour through the “Fill universe”. At various stations, visitors can gain an impression of what Fill is like as an employer. The areas visited include the various office buildings, workplaces in the production halls, training rooms, the Fill Future Zone digitalization center, the employee restaurant, the company's in-house fitness studio, and several more. During the tour, the managing directors will provide important information about the different work areas (technology, production, software, logistics) and the various career paths. “We are always seeking committed specialists, skilled professionals, and managers who are keen to contribute their expertise and help us shape the future.
