The GIFA 2015 Dusseldorf proved to be successful for Meltech Ltd from the UK, as their 100kw pulsar system with two Mag-Melt “C” furnace bodies sold on the very first day of the GIFA.
The deal was struck with Thurton Foundry based close to Norwich in the UK who specialise in a range of high quality engineering castings in iron, steel , copper based alloys and aluminium .
The machine will be installed in November to replace an aged oil fired crucible furnace and allow quicker, cleaner, more efficient and flexible production of yellow metals and aluminium.
This order is now the third system to be installed at the company with the entire melting equipment supplied by Meltech.
