Beijing, May 12th 2010 – The ASK Group launches its market entry to the Chinese Market with comprehensive casting Know How and latest product developments for the foundry industry. The network of competency for the foundry market provides the foundries with products and services for the entire casting process – form the core shop all the way to the melting shop.
Germany based ASK Chemicals is presenting this year at the show the latest developments in innovative foundry chemicals and related services. The visitors can expect a competent team of foundry experts and a presentation of innovative foundry auxiliaries for all process Steps in a foundry. Binders, additives and coatings for the core shop, filters, feeders and coatings for the moulding line as well as inoculants, alloys and magnesium treatment by cored wire for the melting shop.
Highlight of the ASK presentation at Metal Cast are products that are already produced and sold in China. These are especially feeders, high performance water based coatings and metallurgical products. Particular emphasis is given to the presentation of high efficiency cold box binders as well as special coatings for automotive serial castings.
For the first time the experts from ASK Chemicals group are are presenting themselves at a special symposium at the Metal Cast which has received the special attention of the Chinese Foundry Association. The Symposium is giving special attention to the casting solutions for the automotive serial casting process as well as large castings such as wind power castings. Experts are presenting high efficient binder systems which will give economical and ecological advantages to the foundry. High performance coatings which are already produced in China offer significant savings and quality improvements. Presentations about new feeding systems, high tech filters and Bentonite premixes are complementing the program.
