As a manufacturer of high-performance spraying systems for die casting and forging, GERLIEVA has been active in the field of spraying technology for over 45 years and sets national and international standards with its knowledge and expertise. Numerous customers trust in the company's many years of experience and expertise. On a production area of 3,500 m², the company plans, designs and manufactures individual complete solutions at state-of-the-art workstations.

With an in-house production depth of 90 per cent, the highest demands can be met and customers receive customized products that are precisely matched to the process.

"Of course, it makes a difference whether I produce in die casting with 40t or 5000t clamping force or whether I need spray technology in squeeze or thixoforming," emphasizes Oliver Fösel from GERLIEVA. It's not just about the pure size of the mold, but about process-accompanying details that also influence the spray area.

This is precisely where the company's decades of experience on the one hand and its enormous flexibility on the other come into play. And it is a good reason why customers appreciate GERLIEVA's competence. Ahead of the future and the change from the combustion engine to e-mobility, the South Baden company with worldwide connections is not afraid of the future, because no matter in which direction the change goes, the die-casting process opens excellent development opportunities and the spray process technology must constantly develop further. The company's many years of know-how in development, design, production and assembly help in this case. The existing processes, which are geared to special designs and customer orientation, can be used to meet any challenge.

A form-related spray head is always a unique item developed together with the customer and is not based on a modular principle - whether for conventional drives or for e-mobility. And influencing factors such as cycle time, mold service life and various sustainability aspects always play an important role.

In addition, existing supply chains and primary products are used in an optimally structured manner.

The delivery times of spray heads for e-mobility are no different from those for combustion engines.

GERLIEVA can adapt to future mobility concepts quickly and independently at any time. To ensure that this remains the case and that the workforce can operate at a high level in the long term, the family-run, medium-sized company continuously trains industrial mechanics, electronics technicians for operating technology and mechatronics engineers in special machine construction. "This is an excellent introduction for young people to a state-of-the-art working environment," as Armin and Marc Linbrunner from GERLIEVA confirm.
