The third edition of TOOLEX - Machine Tools, Tools and Processing Technology Fair held from 29th September to 1st October 2010 in Expo Silesia (Sosnowiec, Poland) will surely be a great success for the whole machining industry. Companies from all over the world that have never exhibited in Sosnowiec before, have confirmed their participation in this year's Fair.

This year, for the first time, our visitors will see the national exhibition stand of the Czech Republic organized by CzechTrade. The exhibition stand will feature the leaders of the Czech machine tool industry - TOS Varnsdorf, Strojírna, Tajmac-ZPS.
The thematic scope of TOOLEX is very broad. At the fair we will present machine tools, sheet metal processing tools, tools, technological equipment, measuring tools and instruments, innovative and unconventional methods of machining, tools and devices for hot working, CAM/CAD systems and CNC machining software, coolants and lubricants, workshop equipment, overhaul and upgrade of machine tools, and general machining services.
TOOLEX Fair is not merely a show of new products and technologies available on the market. Together with the fair we will host a range of seminars, presentations and conferences. Among the speakers will be representatives of the Silesian University of Technology and the Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology. Other interesting points in our programme include a seminar on Lean Management organized by Instytut Doskonalenia Produkcji (Institute for Production Development), and numerous presentations organized by the exhibitors themselves. We will also run a competition for the best product presented at the Fair. Expo Silesia Medals will be awarded in the following categories: machine tools, tools, control and measurement instruments, technologies.
