Astech’s new flights out last standard mild steel flights by more than 300%! In addition to reducing replacement costs, they also yield higher maintenance efficiencies while also reducing production down time.
These new flights are offered in two versions: cast and fabricated manganese steel, and are composed of 11-14% superior grade abrasion resistant manganese steel.
Both versions are engineered and tested to outperform OEM flights and can be customized to fit your specific needs to improve machine performance.
