innoMold GmbH is a specialized production partner for foundries, with a clear focus on the industrial manufacturing of 3D-printed sand cores. In addition, ready-to-cast molds are produced. The company is based in Langenfeld, strategically located between Cologne and Düsseldorf - at the heart of one of Europe’s most important industrial regions. As part of the i8T Group, innoMold combines deep foundry expertise with advanced additive manufacturing competence.
With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in additive technologies for casting applications, the innoMold team is among the pioneers of industrial sand printing. The development and industrialization of the binder jetting process were actively supported, and this know-how is now consistently transferred into stable, repeatable and cost-optimized production processes. This expertise is complemented by international partnerships - including cooperation with Humtown, the leading North American specialists in industrial sand printing.
While machine manufacturers also offer printed cores as a service, this is not their core business. For innoMold, industrial core production is the core business. The entire organization is focused on series-capable processes, repeatable quality and economical production - not on selling machines.
innoMold deliberately operates without a machine sales agenda and therefore acts as a neutral partner without conflicts of interest. The company’s success is directly linked to the success of its customers. innoMold assumes responsibility for process stability, quality assurance and delivery reliability - enabling foundries to focus on their core business: casting.
