As an all-round supplier, Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH is international market leader in the production of surface finishing, shot blasting machines, painting systems and preservation lines as well as process technology for the rational surface finishing
(deburring, descaling, sand removal, polishing, grinding…) of metals and other components. Besides the German plants in Untermerzbach/Memmelsdorf and Bad Staffelstein/Hausen, the Rösler Group has thirteen branches with worldwide over 1.500 employees and a turnover of 270 Mio. EUR.

Rösler is the only supplier of vibratory finishing and shotblasting technology, who develops and produces all components in-house (vibratory finishing and shotblasting machine technology, consumables and peripheral equipment). We develop tailor-made shot-blasting and vibratory finishing solutions which can be easily integrated into automatic production lines. All production areas are certified to DIN ISO 9001 standards. Rösler's worldwide centers of excellence are set up to perform surface finishing process trials on customer's components, offer ISO-accredited sub-contract finishing services -as well as provide full after sales support that includes service, spares and a comprehensive inventory of abrasives.

Our distribution network is supported by 16 branches (F, GB, NL, B, I, E, A, CH, RO, USA, BR, ZA, CN, IND, RUS and SRB) and over 60 worldwide representatives. In spite of our size, we are still a family company and plan to remain so in the future.
