The name YXLON stands for quality assurance for all types of cast parts, tires, electrical and electronic components, turbine blades, welded joints, and a lot more.

Our product portfolio includes x-ray systems for installation in radiological inspection envelopes, universal x-ray inspection systems on the basis of fully shielded devices, as well as solutions specific to individual customers. Whether in manual, semi, or fully automated operation, our inspection systems are ideal for deployment in research and development and can be integrated into any production process. Computed tomography systems have been an integral part of our product portfolio since 2003. CT provides a three-dimensional insight into inspection items thus enabling the analysis of inner structures, dimensional measurement tasks in metrology applications, or actual-to-nominal comparisons to CAD data, to name a few. Besides delivering a more precise inspection evaluation (when compared with radiography), computed tomography also provides valuable information about the production process. Above and beyond such advantages, our microfocus systems permit highly detailed views into the most intricate structures and tiniest components.

With headquarters in Hamburg, we have sales and service locations in Yokohama, Hudson (Ohio), San Jose (California), Beijing, Shanghai, and Hattingen, as well as a network of representatives in over 50 countries. At YXLON we are local for our customers all over the world.

YXLON wurde im Frühjahr 1998 rückwirkend zum 1. Oktober 1997 als direkter Nachfolger von Andrex (Dänemark), Philips Industrial X-Ray (Deutschland) und LumenX (USA/Ohio) gegründet und gehört heute zur COMET Gruppe. Mit einer Tochter in Japan, zwei Unternehmen in China und einem engen Repräsentantennetz ist YXLON heute mit seinen röntgenbasierten, zerstörungsfreien Prüfsystemen und einem umfassenden Service weltweit vertreten.

Unser Produktportfolio erstreckt sich von tragbaren, für die Anwendung im Feld konstruierten Systemen über standardisierte, modulare Lösungen bis hin zu komplexen vollautomatischen Anlagen, die genau auf die speziellen Anforderungen unserer Kunden zugeschnitten werden. Darüber hinaus bieten wir Installation, Schulungen, Wartung und Ferndiagnose - bei Bedarf auch 24 Stunden am Tag, 7 Tage die Woche.

In addition, we offer installation, training, maintenance and remote-diagnostics on up to 24h basis.
