THREE YEARS OF GOOD SUCCESSES AND LARGE INVESTMENTS
Meccanica Pi.Erre aimed in 2013 to a particular and ambitious goal in a medium term time: to turn into reality its mission. Prompt satisfaction through a flexible approach to customers’ requests and needs.
Improvement of efficacy and efficiency; an always better planning, and coordination of the several activities of different areas.
Investment in innovative technological equipment and in human resources in order to gain a continuous improvement.
Starting from this, a new and challenging project based on business redesign and business optimization was born, which has been carried out with perseverance and determination through analysis phase, definition of solutions and implementation of such solutions.
Our priority was concentrated on production process. After a careful analysis of critical points and specific solutions, different investments were made, which actually corresponded to massive ones if compared to company size.
During 3-year period new machines, plants, hardware and software were installed for more than 5,000,000 €uro and 15 people –graduated people as well- were hired, paying particular attention to young people.
Among the motivations which led to the performance of the project , there is a particular and a main one. This corresponds for sure to the strong will of Meccanica Pi.Erre to expand own opportunities welcoming challenges coming from global market, gaining a competitive advantage in automotive field, and in particular in field of foundries producing aluminum components, where Meccanica Pi.Erre has been leader for 30 years.
