Landshut. Last Friday, 14 employees celebrated their 40th service anniversary. Franz Fischer, Head of Human Resources Management, and Bernhard Ebner, Chairman of the Works Council at the Landshut site, congratulated the honorees, who began their careers at the BMW Group in 1985, and presented them with a commemorative pin in recognition of their loyalty. They also expressed their gratitude for the outstanding contributions made over the past four decades.
“40 years of commitment, passion, and reliability – for this I would like to express my sincere thanks. You are the backbone of our plant and a decisive part of our shared success – today and in the future,” said Bernhard Ebner, Chairman of the Works Council at the BMW Group Plant Landshut.
“Since 1985, you, our dear honorees, have been serving the BMW Group. For nearly half a century, you have helped shape and strengthen our company with dedication and a keen sense of responsibility. Thank you very much for your commitment and loyalty over the past four decades,” added Franz Fischer, Head of Human Resources Management at the BMW Group Plant Landshut.
“Success at work only comes when the job brings joy. That has always been the case for me. Over the past 40 years, I have consistently received tasks tailored to me, which allowed me to grow,” said Franz Buchauer, Energy Manager in the foundry, who also celebrated his 40th anniversary last Friday. “The BMW Group has been, is, and will remain a highly attractive employer that plays a special role in my life,” Buchauer continued.
The honorees were: Bernhard Schachtner, Stefan Rösner, Karl Unterholzner, Rudolf Noderer, Waldemar Grenz, Hans-Juergen Fischer, Martin Kindsmüller, Klaus Sammer, Stefan Schmid, Darius Marzian, Stefan Maierbeck, Walter Gehwolf, Bernhard Furtmair, and Franz Buchauer.
