Since I joined in 2019, there hasn’t been a dull moment or ‘business as usual’ - whether it was a global crisis like COVID or significant improvement programs and business recovery, positive change has been a constant. I also feel blessed to have worked with an incredibly talented and committed NORICAN team, who are making sure the company is not only leading but also shaping the industry. However, I decided quite a while ago that after close to two decades as CEO in various companies, I would like to take a less operational path when there is an opportunity.
