Cerazirk ZrO2 ceramic foam filters made by Drache are designated to be used in steel foundries and large iron castings. Cerazirk is characterized by its very high strength and excellent temperature resistance up to 1700 °C. The filter is suitable for all types of steel alloys from unalloyed up to high-alloyed steel, as well as Nickel- and Cobalt-based alloys.
