STRATEGIC ADVANTAGES With this acquisition, ELCEE is expanding its product portfolio to include wear-resistant materials as well as large-scale and small-batch cast and forged parts for tonnages ranging from <1 kg to 55 t unit weights. This strengthens ELCEE's position in the offshore market by adding cast and forged parts to its existing storage solutions. In the recycling, energy, and
steel mill sectors, Wegusta's and STEECO's strong market position and expertise complement ELCEE's current activities.
