At the "Euroguss 2012" held in Nuremberg from 17th to 19th January 2012, Fill presented the intelligent interconnection of processes in foundry and metal cutting technology. Under the banner "Processes - Technology - Products", the leading machine engineering company demonstrated its latest solutions in the field of metal machining and processing. Precise, cost-effective, and individually tailored to customer requirements. The Fill Cocktail Lounge on the exhibition stand became a meeting place for the international foundry industry. "It's particularly pleasing that, in addition to plenty of technical discussions and active exchanges of views and ideas, we also received many project inquiries," reports CEO Wolfgang Rathner.

Fill is able to draw on many years of experience in gravity, tilt, back-pressure, and low-pressure die-casting. In order to guarantee precise production processes and the highest quality, the perfect interplay between die movement and filling process forms the focus for our innovative concepts. A great many visitors saw this for themselves on the Fill exhibition stand at the Euroguss 2012 from 17th to 19th January in Nuremberg. With an integrated approach and the intelligent interconnection of processes, the Austrian machine engineering experts offer automated production systems from a single source. More than 7000 international trade visitors to the leading showcase exhibition took advantage of this opportunity to find out about the latest trends in the field of metal machining and processing from around 400 exhibitors.

Precise, cost-effective, and individual

The Fill syncromill sets new standards in the machining of castings, both from an economic and a technological perspective. The innovative machining center processes components synchronously by means of a dual-spindle principle – from two sides simultaneously. Furthermore, the syncromill impresses with precise machining accuracy in the case of plane-parallel workpieces. The low pressure caster from Fill piles on the pressure, while paying particular attention to quality and cleanliness. This innovative low pressure casting machine produces high quality aluminum castings. The low pressure caster is distinguished by casting free from turbulence with the highest levels of productivity and the production of several components in a single casting operation. The Fill speedliner 920 m metal bandsaw opens up new dimensions in sawing technology. Kerfs as narrow as 1.4 mm can be achieved with the revolutionary sawing concept. Wheel truing and crowning is possible directly in the installed state. The trimmaster deburring press is the cost-effective solution for the punch-deburring of castings in large batches. It impresses with short cycle times, individual adaptation of the tools, and the highest traversing speeds.

Fill your future

From planning to mechanical and electrical production to programming and assembly: Fill's customers are provided with 100% competence from a single source. This makes Fill flexible and innovative, whereby the machine engineering specialists always orientate their developments to the specific requirements of their customers.
