Synergy effects in logistics areas and the newly created large paint booth with the affiliated companies on campus are to be exploited and targeted cost optimisation measures implemented in order to strengthen competitiveness in the long term.
The business will continue to operate under the name Förde Guss GmbH. The location and the majority of jobs will remain unchanged. Employees were informed of the sale today.
