During the week from 23rd to 27th of January, Fagor Arrasate organized an open doors week that was successful because more than one hundred experts and top directors visited the company. Visitors from the main car makers and stampers, the Minister of Industry of the Basque Government, managers of Professional Associations, members of the main suppliers of Fagor as well as specialists of several European Research and Development Centers. It was shown the revolutionary stamping system called Wave line, a pioneering experience in the world.
The Wave line press line is a revolutionary concept in the world and shows the good position that Fagor Arrasate enjoys in the machine tool sector all over the world. Fagor Arrasate exports 95 % of its production and it is one the two most important companies of Europe in the sector.
