Rainer Knarr Vertriebs GmbH has issued its all-new 2012 catalogue of standard parts for tool and mould making. The 156-page document, available for download from the company’s Internet homepage, showcases both the supplier’s broad programme of familiar items and a large number of sophisticated new products.
Products debuting in this edition of the catalogue from the specialist supplier of standard and custom mould components include cooling-tube units, waved deflection baffles made of plastic, Push-Lok couplers and hoses, interchangeable marking units, and air valves.
Offering a choice of installation methods and flow directions, the new cooling-tube units come in a range of dimensions—0.8 to 10.0 mm—that ensures that a solution to most mould-cooling problems is available. The waved surface of the new plastic deflection baffles, along with their perfect fit owing to lateral radii, causes an optimal swirl of coolant and delivers an effective, well-balanced tempering of the mould core. Other catalogue highlights include ejector pins in a wide variety of shapes, dimensions and materials and a seasonal special offer on date stamps.
