German Auto Supplier Honsel Attracts Five Bidders

Honsel AG, the insolvent German automotive supplier of light metal components, has attracted five potential bidders, Financial Times Deutschland reported, without saying where it got the information.

ZF Friedrichshafen AG of Germany, Mexico’s Tenedora Nemak SA as well as financial investors Lafayette, Gores Group and Anchorage are interested, the newspaper reported. Honsel may fetch about 100 million euros ($136 million) and binding offers are due by Feb. 15, the newspaper said.
