Nelcast, producer of superior quality <link _top>castings announced on Monday, September 15, that it has acquired 51% stake in Himachal Pradesh and Punjab based Pritika Group of companies.
The company had entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the same on Saturday, September 13.
Pritika Group is a renowned organization in tractor and automotive industry. It provides excellence in field of precision machined components out of <link _top>casting, forging and bar stock.
