The Institute of Indian Foundrymen (IIF) and Koelnmesse YA Tradefair Pvt. Ltd. invite all the stakeholders of the foundry industry to 11th International Exhibition on Foundry Technology, Equipment, Supplies & Services along with its concurrent trade fair Cast India Expo - Exhibition for Indian Casting Manufacturers is scheduled to be organized during February 27 – March 01, 2015 at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, INDIA.
In spite of global recession, IFEX 2015 has received very good participation response from Indian and International companies. Over 250 exhibitors from around 15 countries will display their latest products and services to the foundrymen coming from across regions. The exhibition will be spread over an area of 13000 sq. mt. and is expected to be witnessed by over 6000 trade visitors.
The change in government has brought in a fresh breeze of optimism. The near future of Indian Economy looks better compared to past 2 – 3 years and is eying a GDP growth of around 6% for the financial year ending March 2015. Optimism combined with new initiatives like ’Make in India’ campaign to promote India as a global manufacturing hub are expected to drive different key industry sectors which directly or indirectly have an influence on the foundry industry.
Exhibits on display at IFEX 2015 address all the material and technological requirements for a modern day foundry, viz– raw materials, chemicals, melting shop technologies, moulding and core making, shot blasting technologies, surface finishing, energy conservation solutions, quality management, etc.
With the theme, ’Synchronizing Growth’, the 63rd Indian Foundry Congress, a flagship event of The Institute of Indian Foundrymen will be organized cocurrent to IFEX 2015. This congress is already receiving very good participation in terms of delegates and quality speakers. Around 1500 delegates are expected to take part in this congress.
The concurrent trade fair, Cast India Expo – Exhibition for Indian casting manfacturers has once again attracted good number of Indian casting manufacturers who will display their capacities and capabilities to the casting buyers coming from across the globe.
As part of the Indian Foundry Congress, besides several other important events, a ’Cast Source Meet’ is also being organized which is equally important to producers & users of castings.
