Sebastian von Waldow is appointed as Executive Vice President, Market Area, Europe, and member of the Management Team, and Roberto dos Santos, former Executive Vice President of Market Areas, as Executive Vice President, Market Area, Americas. In their new roles, von Waldow and dos Santos will be responsible for leading sales, marketing, and local services for customers within their designated areas.
Sebastian von Waldow joined Resand Ltd in October 2025 as Vice President of Sales & Services, DACH, and has over 15 years of experience in performance-driven roles spanning sales, procurement, business development, and operations management within international B2B environments. Von Waldow brings a robust combination of technical expertise and strategic business insight to Resand and, in his new role, will continue to drive sustainable growth across a wider European market.
Roberto dos Santos was appointed as Executive Vice President, Market Areas, and member of the Management Team of Resand Ltd in September 2025. Prior to that, he worked at Resand as the Business Development Director and held several senior management positions, including Managing Director and CTO, at the Gienanth Group, one of the world's leading foundry companies. Dos Santos has more than 20 years of in-depth experience in business development in the foundry and manufacturing industries and extensive international networks in Europe and the Americas.
