Reuters citing Mr Alisher Usmanov metals billionaire said Russia should return to the idea of a mega merger of its metals companies including Norilsk Nickel after the end of the economic crisis. Mr Usmanov who controls Metalloinvest, Russia's largest iron ore miner said he would pay for the Udokan licence but wanted some of the terms of the project to be changed.
