The position brings together the previously separate areas to ensure a uniform global presence towards all target groups. This step is part of the strategic development of the technology and world market leader. The core task of the newly established team will be to communicate more strongly in particular the project expertise in the growth areas of decarbonization, hydrogen and recycling for the global metals industry.
Rötzer comes from thyssenkrupp, where he was responsible for corporate communications, marketing and governmental affairs for the global steel business for eight years. Prior to that, Rötzer spent four years as head of business press at the Metro Group in Düsseldorf and before that eight years at communications consultancy CNC in Munich.
