We are searching for a Sales Manager for Europe.
This position is responsible for selling and supporting core products and establishing and strengthening customer relationships while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal. Responsibilities include forecasting and meeting targeted profit margin and revenue budgets; customer relationship management, assisting Sales Agents/Reps Representatives in closing prospected sales, growing current accounts, collection and institutionalizing industry intelligence. Travel up to 75% to customer sites (European Countries, Russia, South Africa, Turkey, in total 20 countries) in order to solidify current relationships and develop further market penetration. When not traveling will work out of his/her home office.
Education: BS in a field related to technical management, business, or sales 10 years’ experience in industrial sales in positions increasing in scope and responsibility. 7 years’ experience selling industrial equipment domestically and abroad. 7 years foundry related experience is preferred. Proven ability to prospect, develop, negotiate and close sales while meeting or exceeding margin and revenue targets domestically and internationally. Thorough understanding of manufacturing capital equipment, specifically engineering drawings and bill of material (BOM). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills. Demonstrated resourcefulness in problem solving. Exceptional communication (verbal, written,telephone), organization, multitasking, and time management skills. Good English skills both written and spoken. Strong knowledge and operating ability of PC’s and PC applications including MS Word and Excel.
