Additional to our well known services around the diecasting machine, used maschines as well as rebuilt machines the DSD GmbH now also trades new machines (warm chamber, as well as cold chamber machines). A co-operation in Europe with the company Zitai (cold chamber machines) and with the company Producer (warm chamber) was realized. The DSD GmbH is convinced of the quality of the machines. High-quality mechanical engineering combined with the newest technological requirements are provided. DSD GmbH convinced itself locally by several visits. As is the case for a completely overhauled machine, the customer can determine, the standards he would like to set (tie bar withdrawal device, shot control etc.). The customer has the choice between the machine sizes of closing force of 100t - 2500t (cold chamber) and of 30t - 550 t (warm chamber). By close co-operation with the companies ZITAI and producer it was guaranteed that the machines correspond to the machine guidelines (CE) and the rules for the prevention of accidents (UVV). The service for these machines, as well as the purchase of spare parts in Europe are ensured by the DSD GmbH.
The first cold chamber machine was installed successfully in Germany. Several inquiries confirm the interest to these diecasting machines.
