China Knowledge reported that Mazda Motor Corp announced that its auto sales in China decreased 16% YoY last month to 15,653 units.
In the first five months period of this year, the company auto sales totalled 87,853 units in China market reflecting a YoY increase of 2%.
Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Co, Ford Motor passenger vehicle joint venture in China, sold 36,418 Mazda-branded vehicles during the five-month period reflecting an increase of 21%YoY.
However, FAW Mazda Motor Sales Co Ltd a joint venture between FAW Group and Mazda Motor sold 51,435 vehicles in China down by 9%YoY.
