The evening was opened with a speech by Managing Director Franz Sachsenmaier, who gave an insight into the history of the company, from its beginnings in Schneckengässle in Schwäbisch Gmünd untill now. At the same time, he asked the crucial question of how the company would like to shape its future. "Our vision is to place humanity at the centre of everything we do, even in the digital age," said Sachsenmaier.
He also thanked special guests such as District Administrator Dr Joachim Bläse, the Mayor of Eschach Jochen König, Bernd Richter from the East Württemberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Markus Kilian from Südwestmetall. "We are very pleased about their words on the celebration," Sachsenmaier said. The programme was rounded off with specialist presentations by renowned experts from the industry, live demonstrations: "Get up close and personal with the latest technologies in action!", information stands from renowned and innovative partner companies and workshops to expand specialist knowledge.
