Udo Binder sustains AWEBA’s managing director

Udo Binder (graduate engineer) bolsters “AWEBA Werkzeugbau GmbH Aue”’s managing director. AWEBA ranks amongst the biggest independent tool- manufacturing companies in Europe. The 50-years old tool-manufacturing academic is in charge of the technical fields and production, a duty which lied on a short term basis and until October 2008 in the hands of Axel Wittig ( graduate engineer). Wittig will keep his post as a director to AWEBA for marketing und distribution. Simultaneously, in his position as managing director and shareholder, being an experienced remoulding-technician he will be responsible for shaping future success of the “ Werkzeugbau Oberschwaben GmbH” in short “ WEBO GmbH”.
The „WEBO“, established in 2009 - an enterprise of AWEBA Group, demands enforcement and support on the side of Axel Wittig, who through the obligation of Binder, can now concentrate on WEBO’s intensive business operations.
Udo Binder works as director for assembly and production for special machin-constructions possessing a long term experience in the field of tools and mould-constructions. The well-known specialist provides valuable knowledge in the steel plate remoulding-tools’ sector and is supposed to assist both the technical and production divisions at AWEBA. The commercial part remains in the hands of Rüdiger Drewes (graduate in business administration), who in January 2007 was assigned as a managing director to AWEBA.
The strategic development of the company will be resumed under the new three managing directors. Focus of “powertrain-specialists” lies furthermore in first class precision-tools of power transmission and remoulding technique division.
