After the second edition of the Trade Fair for Castings and Forgings with Processing in 2022 turned out to be a total success, the prospects for CastForge 2024 could hardly be better. Over 250 companies have already registered for CastForge 2024. This represents a registration level of more than 75 per cent of last year's event.

"CastForge has impressed foundries and forges, and become established in the industry. Within a space of eight weeks, over 250 companies registered for the third edition of CastForge next year. This pleasingly high number of registrations not only underlines the importance of CastForge, but also reflects the great confidence and loyalty within the industry. The prospects are extremely promising and the expectations correspondingly high. We will be pleased to welcome the industry again to Stuttgart from 4 to 6 June 2024," said Florian Schmitz. Since
1 March 2023, he has been responsible for CastForge and other industrial and craft trade fairs in his capacity as Head of Trade Fairs and Events.

Gießerei HEUNISCH GmbH has exhibited at CastForge since it was first held in 2018. Due to its successful participations in the trade fair to date, the company decided at an early stage to exhibit there again in 2024.

"The birth of CastForge in 2018 was a real stroke of luck for us. Our expectations were also exceeded in 2022 and our customers were impressed. We welcomed guests to our stand from nearly every industry which we supply. It is therefore only natural for our company to take part in CastForge 2024. We are already looking forward to presenting our highly complex production range," said Thomas Laue, Head of Marketing and Sales at Gießerei HEUNISCH GmbH.

Hammerwerk Friedingen GmbH will also exhibit again at CastForge 2024 in order to cultivate existing contacts and forge new contacts. Compared with last year, the company has increased its stand area substantially.

Kai Schaffrath, Sales Director at Hammerwerk Friedingen GmbH: "We regard CastForge as an important trade fair for forging and processing. With its group of customers and exhibitors, it is highly oriented towards our production capacities and our potential product portfolio. We are very much interested in developing and extending our sphere of activity, meeting existing customers, establishing new contacts and generating leads."

Many other companies have already decided to exhibit again at CastForge. Some renowned companies have also registered for CastForge for the first time. They include the voestalpine Foundry Group.

"CastForge is very important for the voestalpine Foundry Group and the European market. CastForge promotes the exchange of know-how, enables the presentation of new products and strengthens business relationships. The trade fair therefore helps to promote growth and innovation throughout the industry. By participating in CastForge for the first time, we want to increase our presence in the casting and forging industry," summarised Stefan Einfalt, a member of the Board of Management (commercial management) of the voestalpine Foundry Group.

The Gienanth Group is another first-time exhibitor who decided at an early stage to take part in CastForge.

"CastForge is an important platform for decision-makers and experts in a specialised branch of industry. It is targeted precisely at customers in the lines of business that are relevant for the Gienanth Group. We want to make use of this opportunity to raise our profile and forge new contacts," said Dr. Hans-Jürgen Brenninger, CEO of the Gienanth Group, in explaining the reasons behind the decision to exhibit at CastForge 2024.

In addition to these and many other individual exhibitors, national and international trade associations will take part in CastForge 2024 on joint stands. Whether from France, Spain, Italy, Portugal or the Czech Republic, they will all help to increase the visibility of the casting and forging industry in their country.
