The new ZEISS VoluMax 9 titan combines compact design with very powerful technology. With its 450 kV, the system reliably and consistently detects defects in large and very dense components and complex assemblies up to 590 x 700 mm in size. The components are inspected quickly and with high resolution thanks to 1,500 W and a 3k detector. ZEISS VoluMax 9 titan is therefore suitable for a wide range of applications that have different efficiency and quality requirements, such as battery modules and stators as well as turbine blades or electronic components.
Volume Inspect - Comprehensive workflow with a single software package
The seamless connection of the new ZEISS VoluMax 9 titan to the ZEISS Quality Suite is one of the major advantages of the system. All steps in the inspection of parts - from the operation of the CT to the inspection of high-resolution 3D volume data sets to the final report generation and dissemination, can be fully completed with the Volume Inspect software solution. In addition to maximum ease of use, the software integration provides access to a wide range of add-ons. For example, scanning processes can be further optimised with the optional ZEISS Automated Defect Detection (ZADD) software for AI-supported, automated defect detection.

With its small footprint of 750 x 2,350 x 1,750 mm, the ZEISS VoluMax 9 titan is extremely compact. This makes the CT perfect for installation in any quality laboratory or even in the immediate vicinity of the production line. The integrated control panel and the axis system for easy loading also ensure a high degree of flexibility and effective use in the smallest of spaces. The combination of robust design and various hardware and software services from ZEISS guarantee a long service life and low maintenance requirements.
