Disa and Wheelabrator help shape the engineers of the future at GIFA 2015
World-class engineering is much more than just a phrase for DISA and Wheelabrator, it is a way of life. World-class engineering is an uncompromised commitment to the way we interact with colleagues, business partners and customers around the globe. It is what we do – and what we think matters in a modern, complex and technology-oriented society.
As such, we are proud to be able to take the opportunity at GIFA 2015 to introduce our products, moulding lines and complete foundry technology to the students visiting the exhibition, and give them an experience that will help them make better informed career choices, and be geared for the future.
With more than 2000 employees across 17 countries on 3 continents and with a customer base of more than 16,000 companies across 100 countries, we are deeply rooted in the foundry and other manufacturing industries, and we look forward to sharing this experience with you.
The DISA and Wheelabrator stand will have innovation as its theme. You can learn all about our past inventions, our latest industry-changing products, and the projects we are currently working on to shape our industries in the future. Everything we do has a clear aim: to reduce our customers' cost per part.
You can learn about our laboratories and test centres to understand how we are using the latest technologies and software to better study and understand our own technology.
In real life, we use simulation software and hi speed cameras to get a better view; on our stand at GIFA, for a bit of fun, you can get a view of a complete foundry with virtual reality.
We invite you to talk to our Research and Development engineers and the project engineers who innovate every day to find the right solution for our customers. Who knows, you might even think that a career with DISA and Wheelabrator is an interesting prospect for your future!
Whilst the Bright Future section of the stand is aimed at helping and informing students, we welcome all visitors to GIFA to all areas of the stand.
