Eirich Group Germany expands global footprint with Pune plant inauguration

Eirich Group Germany has reached a significant milestone with the inauguration of its new plant in Pune. This plant, spanning a three-acre plot in the Chakan Industrial Area, represents a strategic addition to Eirich’s global manufacturing capacity. Specialising in producing intensive mixers, associated plant equipment, and control systems, the facility is geared towards meeting the demand for state-of-the-art machinery both in India and across the globe.

The company, renowned for over 160 years of expertise in mixing and processing technology, marks this development as a pivotal step in enhancing its market presence. With a focus on key industry segments such as metallurgy, ceramics, agrochemicals, and more, the Pune Plant is poised to bolster Eirich India’s capabilities, elevating its position within these sectors.

Stephan Eirich, representing the fifth generation of the family business, underscores the strategic importance of expanding operations in India. He highlights the Chakan plant’s state-of-the-art infrastructure, including a new test centre, designed to ensure the production of top-quality products aligned with global standards.

For Eirich India, the Chakan plant’s expanded capacity signifies a commitment to serving the growing demand across various industries. The introduction of new and higher-capacity mixer models, complemented by modern control systems and digital solutions, reinforces Eirich’s ability to cater to diverse customer needs. Additionally, the plant’s strategic location enables seamless integration into Eirich’s global supply chain, facilitating the supply of parts and complete machines to overseas markets.

Coinciding with the plant inauguration, Eirich India celebrates 25 years of operation in India, reflecting a steadfast commitment to the “Make in India” ethos.
