At this year's Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG Supplier Symposium, GF Casting Solutions Leipzig has won the Supplier Award in the 'raw parts' category for the European supplier sector. The award also acknowledges our delivery of finished components. With a delivery reliability of 94% and an overall rating of almost 90%, GF Casting Solutions demonstrated its exceptional performance.
About GF Casting Solutions Leipzig
Since 1995, GF Casting Solutions Leipzig has been the foundry with Europe's largest moulding box for machine-moulded iron castings. The foundry was founded in 1887 under the name Meier & Weichelt. Today, around 255 employees produce large and heavy castings with a production capacity of 60,000 tonnes per year. Machine-moulded cast components are produced for commercial vehicles, construction machinery, agricultural and forestry machinery, wind turbines, engine construction and general mechanical engineering.
