Martin Baumann, who took over the toolmaker in 1998, can reflect on more than 25 years of successful management. During these years, he led the company through challenging times, strengthened its international presence in the casting and toolmaking industry and drove forward a successful business transformation. He particularly emphasizes the development of Heck & Becker's transformation from a traditional toolmaker to a globally recognized partner of the HPDC die casting industry.
"Heck & Becker has not only developed technologically, but has also retained its family atmosphere. Our employees are the foundation of our success," emphasizes Martin Baumann.
He also believes that the succession is in good hands. Andre Weißbenner, who has already held various management positions in the company, knows Heck & Becker inside out and brings a clear vision with him: "Our aim is to offer fast, flexible and functional solutions from prototyping die casting to series production.
