Mr. Andreas Müller, who has significantly shaped the direction of our company as CEO over the past 13 years, will be stepping down from his position on May 31, 2024. We thank Mr. Müller for his achievements in developing DGS into an internationally operating corporate group. Mr. Müller will remain connected to the company and is expected to join the Board of Directors starting in 2025.
Effective June 1, 2024, Mr. Alexander Ziehr, the current Managing Director of our St. Gallen plant, will take over as CEO. Mr. Ziehr brings extensive experience and in-depth industry knowledge to his new role, ensuring the continuous strengthening of our market position. We will fill the Managing Director position at the St. Gallen site in due course.
