MAGMA China participates in the 2021 CHINA DIECASTING exhibition

MAGMA China will participate in CHINA DIECASTING and CHINA NONFERROUS, which will take place from July 7-9 2021 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC).

MAGMA will present its latest products and solutions at the exhibition. MAGMASOFT® has been upgraded from version 5.4 to 5.5.

An efficient cast part development, the safe start of production, and robust production windows are the focus of the foundry industry. With this in mind, the new MAGMASOFT® Release 5.5 makes significant contributions in creating even more value in casting and tool-making design. For all applications and casting processes, the calculated results and criteria are even more accurate.

For Die-Casting, the transport of entrapped air can be reliably predicted and allows the consistent evaluation of the mass balance in the cavity throughout the filling process. The new release MAGMASOFT® 5.5 provides for the first time the possibility to predict and avoid stresses and deformations in the core during filling and solidification. Extensive new and innovative capabilities have also been added for Cast Iron and Steel Alloys.

Moreover, MAGMASOFTS’s user-friendliness is improved. With the newest release, a particular emphasis has been placed on further user interface improvements to ensure efficient usage of the software.

To learn more about the latest MAGMASOFT® 5.5 information, please come to our booth E6C24. We are looking forward to welcoming you in person.
